(The House of Commons Code is administered by the Conflict of Interest and Ethics Commissioner. This position was created by the Federal Accountability Act from two old positions: the Ethics Commissioner and the Senate Ethics Officer.)

• The Conflict of Interest and Post-Employment Code for Public Office Holders, 1994, revised 2006, currently only available in English and French in PDF.

(The Public Office Holders Code is to be phased out with the introduction of the Federal Accountability Act. Parts of the Code also appear in the March 2007 document Accountable Government: A Guide for Ministers and Secretaries of State.)
